The original skin surface is smooth and flexible with thin and dense pores, few scars.

The resultant leather is composed of small-diameter cells, dense in texture, plump, elastic, and endurable.

The surface is coated with a micro-thin protective layer while retaining its original natural feel.

The inner framework is made using a combination of plywood and Larch wood which is tougher than ordinary pine wood and is unlikely to deform.

The wood is fumigated and kiln-dried to make it fungus/ termite resistant and durable.
